This policy explains what information Erise Studio collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Erise Studio operates in the United States and is based in Austin, Texas.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, your current website address (if you provide one), your service selection, and the message you send us.

Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in server logs used for security and reliability. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of you.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a possible project.
To provide, schedule, and deliver services you request from us.
To keep records of our business communications.
To protect the security and integrity of our website.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How we share your information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform their work for us:

Resend — delivers the email generated by our contact form.
Our web hosting provider — hosts this website and its server logs.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications, after which we delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 7).

6. Your privacy rights (California)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it.
Request a copy of that information.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your information.
Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information — though, as noted above, we do not sell or share it.
Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@erise.studio. We will verify your request by the email address on file and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

7. Other U.S. state rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah — may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete their personal information. Contact us at hello@erise.studio and we will honor applicable requests.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted transmission of the contact form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to other sites

Our website and our project write-ups may link to third-party sites, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page.
